How many MILLIONS of blog posts have started with that title? Why is the iOS WordPress app so cripplingly slow at typing? Look at this buffer! I can practically type an entire sentence before it updates. But this isn’t the real reason why I’ve been bloglazy (though it should be). Truth is, I don’t know why. Though this FUCKING LAG MIGHT MAKE ME IN THE FUTURE. seriously, writing on a virtual touchscreen keyboard is one thing, but doing it with a second of lag is almost intolerable.

Ooh, look at me with my new iPhone and wordpress app. Aah I just can’t stop saying that i’ve got a new iPhone. It’s like a tic but for hipsters. Anyway I’m still working everything out but there’s some awesome stuff on here and the much-maligned keyboard is almost completely negated by the super-smart autocomplete feature. I am also going somewhat app crazy, think I picked up about 30apps last night, including this wordpress one. Wonder if I can add pictures?

On the Shinkansen from Hiroshima with My parents, last week.
I found the Vonnegut book in a secondhand bookshop in Hiroshima. It’s a 1972 print and has green-edged pages. Retro gold! I’ve only read a couple of chapters so far and it seems to be one of those “1984″-esque amusingly retro-futuristic books (it was written in 1952), albeit less overtly allegorical than Orwell’s book. More personal, it seems. Hm.

Good god I want to play this game RIGHT NOW. Its experimental feel kind of reminds me of Flower. I only hope they take out the stupid “pop” sound for the final release though. The developer’s blog is here, but hasn’t been updated since December. Get back to work!

I’m back. It’s 2010, which I am calling “Twenty-Ten” because it is the MOTHERFUCKING FUTURE. I’ve updated my profile page, changed the name of the blog, and binned all of the posts I have deemed pointless, uninformative, or containing links everyone is sick of.
